Hi All,
In DV case wife filed Chief evidence affidavit with same story as in her petition. No proofs attached.
Now Judge has told us to take her cross ...i am little confused with the fact that she can file evidences later too.
Can before cross i can ask opposite party to file Evidence close pursis -- Is it do able?
My lawyer on othe rhand is telling me that we will file all evidences after my wife cross...is it right strategy...plz guide......really confused.
Note: Judge is taking single cross for both 498a and Dv case as both are in front of him.
