You can engage and give a vakalat to a senior advocate to attend on behalf you and plead the case in India.

What if i do not do anything ?

is there gonna be any issue with my visa ?

Because i do not want to get involved any of legal things.

If there is any FIR registered against you then she may inform the passport authorities about the pending criminal case against you and to confiscate your passport .

You may receive a show cause notice from passport authority especially if you hold Indian passport and the consequences thereon.

If it is just a DV case then there is no problem, you can silently come and return back to your country.

In DV case no FIR is filed.

If it is a DV case then you will get notice from court directly.

You can take decision after receipt of DV case notice.

Until then don't take any decision in haste.
