Can anyone Please suggest me what to do if a DVC case is reopened.
My Sister-in-law filed a fake case against my Mother, Older Brother and on his wife stating that they are harrasing her which is not true. It happened as soon as my elder brother did commit suicide due to family problems( from his wife and her parents).The sad part of this case is that my Older brother and his wife got their seperate family in different town which is 120km far from my house where my elder brother,his wife and my mother use to live as my Older brother is a Central Govt employee. My mother, Older brother and his wife attended caseregularly @ district court to which they failed to attend each and everytime. The court dismissed the case since they failed to attend the case in evry trail. Now the prolem is they reopened the same by jeopardising the court for not attending the case previously.
Can anyone suggest me better idea to get rid off this false case.
