The wife has lodged a complaint based on false facts under DV Act and the MM has already granted Interim Maintenance. I  have confirmed  news that she has  exchanged emails with some ocult mistry sites for providing solution to over power her husband and to stop him contacting his parents. I also have confirmed news that she entered in to conversation with some of her friends through gmail and also sent some emails to plan a conspiray to malign her husband and parents, Question is how to bring these mails on court records. Please suggest , advice and guide

Emails are accepted as an evidence in the court, you can file them u/s 65B of indian evidence act as an electronic evidence .
