I have a vacant site in which my neighbours ventilators are open.Im planning to construct my house.What is the minimum distance I have to maintain from the ventilator so that his easement rights are not voilated.Is there any case or rule in indian law as regards to minimum distance to be maintained for easement rights.If there is any please help me by mailing it to me.Thank you in advance.

You have to follow the building byelaws of your region, every city will have its own Byelaws for setbacks to be left for the building to be constructed. it will be clarified when you put up for building sanction. which is mandatory.
