Once I read in news that some leather Manufacturers when export leather and claim for duty draw back and Import Licences in 1980's submitted two times on one invoice. That is they took the subsides twice.
I wish to know the full details of such cases as my son wish to do Phd and part of which is Economic offences by Leather tanners / leather goods manufacturers/ shoe upper manufacturers etc., that pushed the leather market in ditch.
Would appreciate the guidance from our members.
