Education loan Settlement in lokadalat

Sir i have taken education loan from Allahabad bank of some rular area in Jharkhand the amount was rs 330000 and taken in 2007 passing my B.tech in 2011. i paid some amount but now net amount due is 570000 i got a notice from lokadalat to settle the loan but now i have no money to pay as i m doing m.tech.from some college.I have already given the bank that i m doing m.tech and i will be unable to pay as i have no source of earning. 1.how much minimum amount i have to give in lokadlat to settle the loan. As if it is around 1lakh i can take debt from my friends.CIBIL score donot matter for me as i will not take any loan in future. 2. i m not in position to pay now now can i g et second chance in lokadalat if i ignor this notice. 3.my financial condition is not good and my father is a granter of the loan and does not have any property. 4.some lic is also there as a garrenty having amount around 1lakh in the same. Suggest me some options help me please.
