i want to file an effective RCR against my wife. what all points will increase my chances of rcr .
where can i get successful rcr cases verdict ??
my wife has left me six month back,with all her jewellry given to her by my family as well her own .
my in laws veer aggressive and abusive ,they don't allowed my wife to come back and my wife only follows her parents.
firstly she file a false complaint in ncw stating that i hit 4-5 times during 1.2 yrs of marriage and my mother scold and misbehave with my wife.
also my mother provoke me to hit my wife .
after first hearing ,where we reach a compromise to live independently as per my salary .
but my in laws ,wanted to pressurize me and my family more ,for extracting more money ,they move the case to women cell (even though case is still running in ncw).
now they have complaint against me,mother ,sister and my father and also complaining that we demanded dowry and taken her stridden .
first hearing in women cell is due next week .
complaint in women cell is more lie and aggressive than complaint in ncw .now she said my sister also provoked me ,even though she was not living with us doing her studies.
i am filing rcr and need major help as i think they would also file a FIR .
also can they run same case in ncw and women cell simultaneously .
