ELIGIBILITY IN JUDICIAL SERVICE (HIRARCHY)

PLEASE COMMENT WITH CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS OR NOTIFICATION OR AMENDMENT If a person is selected as judicial officers writing CIVIL JUDGE exam, what are the opportunities for the person to apply for the next level of judges (example district judge or session's judge) or such judge is also eligible for the post of high court judge with experience of more than 5 years as a judicial officers under the above cadre. Also one more thing I like to add, FOR EXAMPLE A District Judge with 5 years(or) as a high court lawyer for10 years of experience is eligibile for high court judge. My doubt is that will it be possible for a person with 7 years as lawyer and 3 years of district eligible for high court judge PLEASE ADVISE
