I am wrongly eloped by SIS in Law in 498 A whihc she filed against her husband and family in Noida court. Now against it i filed FIR quashing in Sep'14 which court agreed bu t gave a 4 weeks time to party (sis in law) to file affidavit agains it.
From then only there is no HEARING IN CASE, every week the case is getting postponed IN ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT.
IS THERE ANY MEANS TO GET IT HEARED.
MY FUTURE IS AT STAKE
