SUB: ELP FORM I & II under in compliance with DIC / MSMED Act, 2006.
A Company has registered its ENTERPRENEURSHIP MEMORANDUM FORM as required under MICRO, SMALL & MEDIUM Act, 2006 (MSMED Act) within its Jurisdictional DIC (District Industries Centre) in Mumbai and the DIC has been marked under Small Category on acknowledgement by DIC. The Acknowledgement prescribes the compliance for the Company to file yearly return with DIC with details of the Local Persons Employement vide Employement of Local Persons Form I & II as applicable (ELP Form I & II).
I need the (ELP Form I & II) for compliance.
Requesting dear members / professionals / colleagues / seniors and all to send the above forms on my email id hem_sush22jan@hotmail.com, if available and or please guide me from where i can avail it asap.
