Email is accepted.

Ask ( in writing/under proper acknowledgment, on same email trail) the firm to send hard copy also on its prescribed stationary, under origial seal and signature of competent/authorized signatory.

Dear Deshpande

You can file copies of the documents downloaded from the email and you can file a petition under Order XI Rule 21 seeking for production of original documents, which are in the custody of the firm.

On the same email trail write to good offices of appointing authority,MD at email id; as on website of the establishment, and their oficial email id and attach screenshots  of website, and request to supply on letterhead also..............

You can submit all printouts to court of law.
