whether an employee who is bound by service rules and regulations can make several RTI act submited through his office for getting copies of douments which is confidential in nature as per service condition and blame his own organization and management before RTI authorities

RTI applications could be made against any public authority by anybody, and the information to be furnished if it is not exempted by the act.But being an employee, if you ask the information which may irk the authority,it may earn the displeasure and create unnecessary problems
