You have confirmed that you have gone thru the links.

 

You may deteremine from your duties on record/the documents that you have been signing/notes/notings by you if you are coverd by the def; of  ‘Workman’ as in ID Act,’ Employee’ as in Shops & Estbs Act, and Payment of Wages Act ( per def. of wages) as already posted.

If you can get the cheque for your dues like other employee’s, get it.

Later you can request in any forum to replace these by current dated cheques or by cash/DD or you can bank the cheques.

In case the cheque bounces you can inform the appropriate forum about it and file case for cheque bounce, also.

 

The staffs at O/o ALC/ALCC (state/central) can provide you with copies/specimen of demand notice and can also guide you.

You can structure yor demand notice accordingly, as suitable to you, if you decide to agitate as Party in Person. If you decide to act as PIP you can download all above mentioned Acts from website of Dept. of labor: Haryana.

If you have approach to influencial person/leaders, check with them.

 

You shall come acroos many trade union leaders, counsel’s specialzing in labor /Service matters and you can choose as suitable to you.
