Employer not responding to resignation

Can any one provide me the  judgements where in supreme court has held that if employer does not respond to resignation then it is deemed to have been accepted

it depends upon what medium you sent it.

if you personally went and filed it in his office then they might ignore it,

but i would suggest you to send the resignation through registered A.D.

that way will make sure you had the proof as well and they recieve it throught other channel.

hope that helped

I had sent by RPAD on 6th Oct 14 clearly stating my last working day would be 5th Nov 14. Employer did not respond to my resignation. what apex court judgement i can quote to indicate that my resignation is deemed to have been accepted since no response was received

Whom are you going to  show  the apex  court judgement?, to your employer?   Why do you want to quote supreme court in your employer - employee  tussle?  You cannot presume that you are deemed to be relieved until proper relieving letter received from employer, send a reminder to the employer seking the same.
