Show all docs on record to a very able counsel specializing in Labor/service matters, and share inputs,facts, for a considered opinion.
Labor/service matters is altogehter different field of law and there are a few counsels that specialize in it and usually all such matters are referred to them.
Usually lawyers in other practising in other fields of law do not meddle into Labor/service matters.
Rest is upto you.
