my wife mentioned wrong company name and wrong salary in crpc 125 application, she dont know where i am working actualy, if i will change my employment detail in maintanace case written statement. and hide my actual earning than please reply my following query:-
if at any stage of case proceeding she came to court with my actual employment proof than can book in perjury?
she has mentioned wrong my employment detail in crpc 125 case can i book her perjury?
it is safe to change my employment detail i am having proof of pf /esi deduction in a small company since 4 month i am having salary slip and had shown paid in cash. is it will be safe?
