enquire about divorce

i want to marry with a married women..she is also ready to give divorce to her husband..but how can she proceed without intimate to anyone

Just be careful; You cannot marry her  until she is divorced; She must set herself free from the currant marriage and only after that you can dream of marrying her.

Marriage and divorce cannot be done or got done in secrecy. You cannot marry her until she is divorced following the due process.
