My ex.wife illegaly file the case against me in Kottyam District section IPC 498A. she file the case in 2005 unfortunately case can't open, so they reopend again in 2009. case No. CC978/2009. from the date myself and my parents accused 1,2 and 3 everytime going court but she not coming court in between only one time she came court with her parents, (she is working in Mumabi last 20 years) now days ( last 5 hearing nobody is coming to court for attending the same) in between court call one witness but they told in court in my favour (out of three witness) third one is his Father.nowdays my Mother is bedpatient 70 yrs old, father 80 years old he also can't walk properly I am working in Qatar, they are tottally disturbing me.how we escape from this case, again case date is postpond next date 28/2/2013, because of her absence.I married her in 1992 and separated 2003 ( We have two son 20 and 14 years age) and illegally I married a widow in 2004 I have one son in wedding.actually their aim is I came in India as a jobless man.
