Enrollment Form query

Hi all,facing some difficulties in filling enrollment Form of state bar council, In point no.7 there mentioned that- "if age is more than 26 years then file an affidavit stating there as to what you were doing since passing SSC examination and how you maintained yourself till today" I am 31 so what should I do? Should I have to submit affidavit? I was not working anywhere.. Please help.. Thanks..
