i want to enquire whether we have to pay entry tax on the machinery ( mobile crane, hydraulic crane, jcb) ?
its being shifted from our other state to rajasthan for our construction work in rajasthan and the project in rajasthan was exempt work
pls guide us

Yes u need to pay it since its stae discretionary power.
