Entry without permission and agreement to a locked building

I have built a house in Dec 2017 . Three flats in building . I gave main gate key to a property dealer for approval on rent to tenant . But property dealer gave entry to its clients without any documentation and police verification. I didn't receive a single penny as rent and others . I didn't signed any documents . I didn't give any permission in written or verbally. I am the actual owner. The people entered in this building haven't any document . For eviction what should I do .

You said you have built a house in December, 2017. How come ?

Give a police complaint for illegal trespass your building.

Police complaint is the only way by implicating the present occupants and the real estate dealer.
