EP in Civil Suit

Dear Sirs, I have filed EP in Civil Suit at District Court (High court appeal pending, no stay). During first hearing defendants have requested to dismiss EP as case is Pending at High Court. Next hearing is posted for December (For Counter). Would like to know experts opinion, will the EP proceed as there is no stay in High Court and how long will it take for EP and what are the steps involved. Kindly advice.

If no stay is granted continue to ep proceeding s. U take steps I.e attachment of movables or arrest a of jdr..

Thank you sir. Is there any chance of case being dismissed since there is appeal. How long it will take for EP cases.

If appeal allowed the ep will be dismissed.if appeal is dismissed the ep continues.no stay is given so continue ep proceedings.
