Eviction of tenants from commercial property

Friends, Case facts : Property : a shop in kanpur Rent : 20000 per month, paid in bank, Rented since : 15 years Landloard : 63 year old business man, no son but 3 daughters (settled at their own). Can you please advise : 1) Is it possible to evacuate a shop rented 15 years ago now? 2) what is the easiest or most successful way to do so? 3) on what ground this can be done? 4) can a WRIT or SLP be filled straight considering the age and situation of the landloard? We are ready to initiate the proceedings as soon as possible but before that would like to take the opinion of our learned friends here...

Sir 

You need to file a suit for eviction but before that you need to clarify few things . 

1. Who is the actuall owner of the shop.

2, wheather any rent agreement was executed at that time

3. What kind of wprk do u do.

4. wheather any rent reciepts were ever given

Yes you can file a case after 15 years also .
