Friends, Case facts : Property : a shop in kanpur Rent : 20000 per month, paid in bank, Rented since : 15 years Landloard : 63 year old business man, no son but 3 daughters (settled at their own). Can you please advise : 1) Is it possible to evacuate a shop rented 15 years ago now? 2) what is the easiest or most successful way to do so? 3) on what ground this can be done? 4) can a WRIT or SLP be filled straight considering the age and situation of the landloard?
