Generally May i know how much time it may take for eviction process from the time i get legal notice to vacate the shop from owner of shop
will it take 1 or 2 yrs or 3 yrs , I may have to vacate the shop as proofs are against me and i had sub let the shop which is against rules

It all depends upon you and efforts of your advocate. But one thing, be sincere and vacate as soon as possible, you will be rewarded somewhere else.

It depends as to what period was specified on the lease. Usually it is a minimum of 1 month and then there is a max limit too.
Just check the eviction notice. It should be specified there
