Eviction suit

Dear sir

I am a landlord of the house ,my tenant is not paying rent for 5 months and also not vacating the property he is very rude. I sent legal notice he refused it .next step is I am going to file a eviction suit ,

A. Here my question is whether the court fees which I am going to pay for the Rent not recived from tenant .
will I get a refund for this?

B.Next question is what is PERCENTAGE fixed on the rent which is not received to me.from tenant
which I need to pay for court as fees?

please suggest some one on this

If the court is allowing your case with costs then you can get it.

The court fee is state subject, you can enquire locally.

( 2 ) court fee differs from State to State, better consult to local lawyer.
