Evidence

In a criminal case prececution have shown some evidence in the court. Can respondent asked all these evidence for detail analysis personally to defend himself or it is depend on the Judge approval.

Yes the accused has the right to be provided with a copy of all the documents which are being relied upon by the prosecution .

How to proove electronic evidences in court.I have taken some picture from a cell phone and transfered to pen drive...to proove these are real pics would need that cell phone also or it can be proove through pen drive only.
