Evidence in chief in written format for party in person

Respected Members,

After my wife has filed for 498a, 406, DP 3/4 and Crpc125 against me,  I have  filed for child visitation rights u/s 12 of GWA act. I HAVE NOT FILED FOR CUSTODY ,ONLY VISITATION. I'm appearing as party in person in this case. Next date is fixed for evidence in chief of myself . Please tell me whether there is any special format to submit evidence in chief in written form . or shall I just narrate the things chronologically in writing and then file affidavit at the end. By the way this date is also fixed as Ex-parte hearing because my wife's lawyer and my wife was not attending the court dates.

Give the written evidence in the Affidavit format by you, the cases are not being attended by the wife although filed by her should have been dismissed on default by the court, why it is not being done check this with the concerned judge.

This is an exparte evidence.  You may give your evidence in writing in an affidavit format.
