Sir, In a complaint case, (other than Police report) filed under section 66A of IT act and 420 of IPC in ACMM office, a complainant submits a forensic report of the laptop of accused. This forensic testing has not been ordered or permitted by the court and not investigated by any appointed officer by the court. The testing has been done only by the complainant at his appointed lab. What will be the admissibility of this report in ACMM court ? please advise
