During execution of the Order dated 08.09.2011 by Alipore Court (Kolkata) by filing attachment of Opp. party Salary at Bhubaneswar (Odisha), as the Opp. party is domociled at Bhubaneswar, the Opp. party has filed an Objection as "That in terms of provisions as contained under Section 20, 38 and 39 of Civil Procedure Code, this hon'ble Court has no jurisdiction to proceed with the present execution case for attachment of Opp. party salary who is based only at Bhubaneswar.". Please let me know what should be the right course of action now for realization of the Pendente lite Alimony.
