Dear Experts
I and my old aged parents had filed discharge application for IPC 313 in session court in 2012. We attended every dates and argument between lawyers was also over and the matter was on Judgement. But unfortunately judge was transferred and new judge is saying that he wants hearing and arguments once again. Thus, i am my parents have to attend court dates. My in-laws are very happy because they want us to run only. We leave in Mumbai and case has been filed in Surat Session court. Thus, we have to travel from Mumbai to surat.
Can we file exemption for appearance application is session court?
