Dear experts
A person got an exparte judgment by creating some documents on a land on a person who is in poessission and enjoying the same with title. And knowing that a person who is having full rights filed set aside petition of the judgment and decree for which the court is given an IA.NO and posted for counter but they did not filed the same is pending for disposal .In the mean time having the Exparte judgement going to the land and threatening that land is mine. Is there any value for that Judgement when the case was pending for disposal of the set aside petition and that person can go and threat?

Threatening and indulging in illegal activities come under criminal; law, you may follow the court proceedings scrupulously and put pressure on court to dispose the petition filed for setting aside the exparte judgment
