I worked in a bank for 2 and 1/2 years as scale 1. now I resigned ( Had to resign for getting Experience Letter to attend the interview) from services and I was provisionally selected for another Govt Bank. But this is specialist manager post one should have prior relative experience. As I worked in the branches in the relative field for more than 2 years, I expected the bank to issue the letter. But the bank , though issued experienced certificate, is not giving the relative experience letter saying we never ever issued such letter and its not our policy to issue such letters. The joining bank is persistently insisting on the letter other wise my candidature will be cancelled. So, I caught between the two and has become jobless . Please help me out.is there any way i can force my old bank to issue experience certificate with job profile
