Experts, help us

Bangalore consumer court dragged  our case
from  2013 to 2018.

when the builder is so adamant not
complying the  Final order and
Execution petition,

Why the judge gives time,  hearings
postponing  dates  in favour  of the opposite party
without taking any action ?

Your own lawyer should have helped and guided you.

Ask your lawyer if remedy under Code of Civil Procedure 1908 say; under Order 31 read with Rule 32 is also possible in your matter..

Or ask your lawyer to examine various aspects of the matter as per  judicial pronouncements e.g;

Andhra High Court

M/S.Mega City Builders ... vs 1.S.I. Sawhney And Another

This is posted so as to do understand how the matters get complicated…

Perspective; Change your lawyer that is unable to help you and approach a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in consumer affairs and having successful track record … and worth his/her salt….

Other Perspective; Write to President State Commission, National Commission

Central and State Minister and also CS; Consumer Affairs……………..however this may make the lower forum president adamant..

Or ask to shift your matter to some other forum…

u can also file the early hearing application with the higher authority.. state consumer forum ...or N.c.f.
