As per Factories Act 1948 central rules how many kinds of register should be maintained by a company

It is better if you go through the Act and Rules framed there under by the State Government. Some common records are attendence/working hours/leave and holidays/wages/PF/ESI etc. In some cases like maternity leave annual returns are to be filed. .
