Hello Brother, i need judgment copies of supreme court, high court and session court acuitting the acussed and his family members from section 304b & section 498a.
One of my friend, had recently got married on26.03.2017 and his wife died on 20.06.2017, just 84 days of her marriage, but the family members of the deceased wife has filed false allegations on dowry death 304 b and section 498a.
The girl was not intrested in her marriage, so she commited sucide with in 84 days of her marriage, husbad was taking care of his wife by crediting amount to het bank account and admit her to banking caoching for development of her carrear, but still she was not intrested in hime, one day she commited sucide, now false allegations has been imposed on husband and his father and mother and sister.
He has prrof of crediting amount in bank account, gold reciept and caoching reciept. No death note from the wife but still his family was held responsible.
