Hello Sir/Madam-
False case was filed on us and which was closed in police station as it was vague and we provided the evidences to police that we were out of town on the day.
Again, one more flase case was filed in another town and police knows it is false but not closing the case rather they are asking money .
My enemy is filing the cases continously , what actions I could take based on the facts above ? Can I file any return cases ? Can I report to any department ?
