False fir by wife

hi,

I got married in May 2014. Disputes happened many times. Wife lodged a false FIR under section 323/341. Please can you the implication of this FIR. Can i file for divorce basis this false FIR.

Hi,

THanks for your response. But only the anticipatory bail will work. I think i will need to fight the case as well. please advise on your fees as well. Sections are 323 and 341.
