False ipc 498a, 323 and 34 on me along with my family member

Grateful, If you can advise on my following queries please?

1) My Wife is not ready to leave our home and also do not want parents to go back to home. If they (Parents) forceful enter, then she will again go to police for any other false charges (She said clearly to us). In this case what should we do? How my parents can home back? However, we proposed her to keep in any other separate home (rented), but seems still she is not interested. Please advise if any Legal process to do something on it? ·

2) Can My Father Legally disown me and get the home back? As Owner of property is my Father, not me. Please advise if we can do so?

You cannot compel her to move out.  Even you father's can’t even if he disowns.  His disowning will not save him from allegations she makes.

Thanks for reply.......actually my father want home back first and whatever allegations she makes, will definitely fight in court. But only thing is that Currently my parents are living with some relatives and can not go back home , as she is waiting for them to back & again go to police to register other many false IPCs :(

I don't know how to deal but really poor Law in our country, where the owner of property & a senior citizen can not get back to his own home?? Would you please let me know other possible ways (any other ways etc). ?? Or please help to advise what should my father do to get home back?

My wife files false case on me&my family  498a,353,3/4 dp. We take arresting stay from highcourt. Hounerable high court send it back to agra court for medation. and the agra court realeses us on interim bail. Sir now the the mediation was failed.

pls suggest next step i will take after mediation fails..

Quash and discharge are normally now allowed, it is waste of time and money.

You have to be counter offensive. Dig down deep in the history and current happenings around the complainants faimily and you will get many many grounds to proceed and harass them.
