Our layer has helped us to get the Medical report which was misussed by the girl to lodge the FIR. The report clearly says that the wounds and bruises which the girl has on her body are because of an accident but girl side has removed the first page and submitted rest of the page to lode the FIR. now my question is below
Do we need a certified copy of this Medical report through RTI or that report will be sufficient? We have paid the lawyer to get this report.
Also what is the procedure to get the cerified copy of this medical report. Where can I get the format of such RTI. How long will it take to get it.
