False rape allegation

Yes, but the problem is the law does not listen to this. Police simply files the complaint, eventhough the complainant says that he raped me 4 months back on false promise of marriage. Put the guy in jail, now let him apply for bail. 

Brother ex girlfriend filled 376 case against him. Dear Sir. My brother had a girlfriend 4 year back, she was mental and pressurised my brother to get married, she couldn't let him work so he left three for job due to this, she evertime used to tell him, marry me otherwise I will put your entire family in jail, used to torchure him for money, finally when my brother got frustrated and left the city so she filled the case against him, we somehow got the bail , we also have her sms copy, in which she is abusing him and my family, she used to give him " Gali" , used to blackmail him in sms, everything is there in sms now the case is in court 1st trial is going to happen, I am worried that what will happen in this case , will it be possible for my brother to get out of this case. Please adbise what shall I do

Need urgent help.... My elder brother was in a relationship with a girl from past 5 to 6 years. We were not ready for the marriage. Finally we called her parents along with other realtives and convyed our straight no. Now gal is having some messages and call from my brother. They filed a case against my brother for s*xual harrasement along with some other fake absurd statement. Please help what to do. Our family is in complete mess.

Well cultivated trouble by your brother.  Ask him to beg for mercy.  She may not agree less than marriage.
