False Recommendation/Joining Letter

I've come across a falsified recommendation letter and pay stub of a person who has been said to have worked for 3 years of employment at said company.  Both he and owner of the company stated he worked for them and provided the falsified recommendation letter with the years he was falsly employed and the falsified pay stub.

What section under IPC can this be turned over to the police?

If you are a recruiter then simply don't give the person the job and if the person has already joined then dismiss him as he has provided false information. You will not gain anything by filing criminal complaint against the person
