family dispute

Sir/Madam My wife is living with her mother since 1 year without my consent. I file rcr in dec 2013 in delhi and in turn She filed 498a in faridabad in apr 2014 and also filed maintenance u/s 125 in faridabad n delhi. she has put condition to me that if i live in faridabad then only she will live with me otherwise not. I dont want this because of my ailing parents. We have a baby also. Pls clarify me following. 1. Is she eligible to get maintenance as she is living separetly without my consent and widout any particular reason. I will maintain her if she comes to me. She is not working currently. 2. If she is eligible, Then approx how much she will get.maintenance. Gross income of my will be considered while passing maintenance order or only net income will be considered. My basic pay including dearness pay is 26000. After including other allowances it reach upto 33000.
