You need to divorce your wife first, after that it might be possible to remove the name of the wife from the list.

The only option is to get a decree of divorce from the competent court and then to move the authorities concerned.

To remove the wife's name from the service records and make her not eligible for family pension can be done only by producing the copy of ther divorce decree passed by court of law.

Without divorce the spouse name  cannot be deleted from the service records of the employee.
