Family problem

Sir,

I am living wih my aging father and my two younger sisters. It is over one year for my marriage and now my wife is asking for living alone with her away from my parents. If not She is threating to file cases for harressment and dowry and to sent jail for my even younger sisters.

They all are loving with her. But what I do to save this , Because I am the only person working for my entire family and I can't leave at this stage .

I am confuged what will happen if she File such types of cases. I want to ask Only I have the liability of wife  not for my parents , Sisters ?

Please advise.

It is better for you to make every possible effort to convince your wife for living with your family. Howver, as far as her threat to implicate you in false legal case is concerned, she will only succeed in harrasing you but not in conviction for which she would have to adduce evidence to support her concocted story but such  harassment will lead you in much trouble so it is best to resolve the issue by conversation. In reference to your question regarding legal liablity  towards your parents is concerned, Under Section 125 of CrPC, if  your Parents are unable to maintain themselves and you have sufficient means to maintain them then you are liable to maintain them.
