fate of 138 cases

while the proceedings u/s 138 are continuing for dishonour of the cheque against the accused director ,whether a police complaint can be filed with local police station for the fraud committed by the accused director in case of misuse of the cheques of  the company in making personal payments.

Can anybody help me out as my cheque was bounced which was  given me by my freind(agent of car selling) against i returned his car & he issued me cheque. As whole year he used my money & he every time assured me for registration of said car which he never did at last i returned the car & accept the cheque. Which was 3 times bounce. 

Pl guide me.
