Report the matter to police again. Also file application through your sister for cancellation of bail on the ground of abuse of bail condition. Your father in law can not throw your sister from her matrimonial house.

I am shocked to see such advice from Babu Kumar. Disgusting. Mr. Kumar Instead of advising the girl to stand on her own and fight for her right you are asking her to continue to suffer in the hands of her in laws and husband. You are asking the girl's family to beg for forgiveness. Law is there and agencies are there to help such woman and still your approach is of orthodox and of 16th century. What is the guarantee that sufferings of woman shall be over? Mr. Sameer who has sought advice instead of supporting his sister is supporting to all ill behaviour of her in laws and husband. I donot think that Babu Kumar belongs to legal fraternity.

It is an orthodox thinking. In muslim society this thinking prevails that girls are slave but now time has changed. Grow up and give support to the innocent girl.

Your sister shoud try to have some earning process to be self dependant.
May bear the torture for some time if acceptable in the hope of improving relations..
If situation worsens, should again approach police.
