Page no : 2

Rocky Smith (Instructor @ Calcutta (rockysmith4calcutta@gmail.com))     11 July 2017

Parasitism cannot be – women rights.  smiley

Siddharth Srivastava (Advocate)     11 July 2017

Report the matter to police again. Also file application through your sister for cancellation of bail on the ground of abuse of bail condition. Your father in law can not throw your sister from her matrimonial house.

Thnx for ur kind reply @ Babu Kumar. No one is happy with my brother in law His father, Mother, Brother even neighbor, evri1 says he is half mad becoz of his cruel activity. U r right Sir. My sister hv no option if she complain again in court his bail will get cancel and husband may go to jail and if she does not complain her husband will continue to torture her. Secondaly divorce is not good option for her. So i told her, beating by husband is ur fate u shuld wait till ur son and daughter get reach to age of 10 to 12. Yesterday her husband beaten her with bamboo, several spots r clearly seen on her upper portion of hand. But we did not approach to police or court becoz we know it is her fate.

I am shocked to see such advice from Babu Kumar. Disgusting. Mr. Kumar Instead of advising the girl to stand on her own and fight for her right you are asking her to continue to suffer in the hands of her in laws and husband. You are asking the girl's family to beg for forgiveness. Law is there and agencies are there to help such woman and still your approach is of orthodox and of 16th century. What is the guarantee that sufferings of woman shall be over? Mr. Sameer who has sought advice instead of supporting his sister is supporting to all ill behaviour of her in laws and husband. I donot think that Babu Kumar belongs to legal fraternity.

Dont know what to do or how to help my sister..Male of the society can do anything which i learnt here.I dont belong to law profession but i knew that there is law and court against domestic violence and dowry but here with interaction with top lawyers i found that these laws r just for an exhibition nd nothing more than that.Girls r born to be slave.

Aisa kya kia be? galat jaga ghusayega toh toture karega hi.

Siddharth Srivastava (Advocate)     13 July 2017

It is an orthodox thinking. In muslim society this thinking prevails that girls are slave but now time has changed. Grow up and give support to the innocent girl.

Rajendra K Goyal (Advocate)     13 July 2017

Your sister shoud try to have some earning process to be self dependant.

May  bear the torture for some time if acceptable in the hope of improving relations..

If situation worsens, should again approach police.
