My grand father has 4 sons and 7 daughters. We have a home which was built for four sons with individual portions. He got dead in 1996 but by father younger hother is quoting as his house even without any proof (property on Grand pa name) though we are staying since 1982 in same house. I have filed a Partition suite and one injection order as well.
