Mr. Abheet,
It appears that he is trying to secure all the property of the father in his own name. Don't put any signatures on the documents unless you show it to an advocate and seek his advice.
Being class I legal heirs, the wife, daughters and son are entitled to equal share in the property left by the father.

1. Yes anything signed by them won't make them lose their interest - unless they execute a registered reliquishment deed.
2. They have the right to seek partition of the property.

Thanku both @Adv. Bharat Chugh and sridhar pasumarthy So what type of case should be filed against him? If my wife give an application to the court that they were not aware of the will and the will is fake then what would happen with the property...Would court order a stay on the whole property???
