Case Number: FCA/76/2012
My case is admitted in Bombay High court in Jan 17,2012. It is showing the following status.
APPEALS FOR ADMISSION - AFTER NOTICE [CIVIL SIDE MATTERS]
What does this mean?
Also, the case is not coming up for hearin. Is there anything that needs to be done ? The last order from court states that my lawyer need to take instructions from me regarding outstanding maintanance amount. Are these instructions to be submitted to court and only then the case will come up?
